Vuzix has been named for Forbes list of 100 Best Small Companies for 2021

A year to remember for hands-free AR

Such recognition comes at the tail end of another remarkable year for Vuzix and its line of smart glasses for enterprise.

Before March 2020, smart glasses were beginning to take the business world by storm. Leaders in healthcare, manufacturing, and technical work had begun to see the benefits of equipping team members with wearable displays.

Global lockdowns accelerated adoption rates, as businesses looked to technology to navigate the perils of operating during a global pandemic. Vuzix smart glasses helped fill the gap, even helping to train vaccine handlers.
