OUR MDM SOLUTION FOR VUZIX SMART GLASSES
FULL DEVICE OWNER
Starting with version 2.0.0, Vuzix M-Series devices support Device Owner Fully Managed profiles leveraging Android Enterprise Management APIs. This allows users to easily enroll their smart glasses using the latest Android Enterprise APIs for the highest level of security and control.
EMMs that currently support Full Device Owner on the Vuzix M-Series:
- VMWare’s WorkspaceOne
- SOTI MobiControl
If you currently have another EMM platform deployed in your environment that supports Android Enterprise based enrollments, we encourage you to work with our team to validate what level of support they might have available for our devices.
DEVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Vuzix works closely with many major EMM providers to ensure that we offer the highest level of security and management of our devices on their platform. However, modifying the types of devices allowed to enroll in a platform under this management profile is solely up to the EMM development team.
With that said, we welcome the opportunity to work with you and your EMM provider to do whatever we can to make the elevated level of management available in your established environment.
In instances where the EMMs have not yet made Device Owner management available for our devices, Device Administrator support is still a viable option for managing Vuzix smart glasses.
