Five key areas were measured to track which companies Newsweek would feature:

- How much employee values align with employer values
- Respect at all levels of the organization
- Career achievement and what role the organization played in making these possible
Newsweek has named Vuzix to its annual Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces list.
A pioneer in the face of a global pandemic
While many companies suffered in the face of ongoing lockdowns, Vuzix established itself as a force of innovation.
Business leaders in healthcare, manufacturing, and beyond use Vuzix devices to fill the gap left by social distancing protocols.
Based out of Rochester, New York, the company continues to lead the global push toward wearable display technology.
The inclusion of Vuzix on this list signifies a commitment to not only its partners - many of whom are benefiting financially by equipping its workforce with Vuzix smart glasses - but to those who are making this hands-free era possible.
