Vuzix strives to ensure you have the best customer experience possible. For purchases made through Vuzix’ website (https://www.vuzix.com), if you are unsatisfied with our product and wish to seek a refund, Vuzix will accept and return the amounts paid for products returned in a new/unused condition within thirty (30) days from the day the order was delivered.
All approved refunds will be made available within ten (10) business days to the same payment method that the original order was placed with. Items or products that are damaged may be denied a refund which will be determined upon receipt.
